When running.\ dev.ps1, after running virtualenv, pip is installed

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character

Need to be in the

X:\ mitmproxy\ mitmproxy-master\ venv\ Lib\ site-packages\ pip\ _ vendor\ colorama

The ansitowin32.py file under the folder needs to be added

Reload (sys) sys.setdefaultencoding ('utf-8')

Then in the dev.ps1 file

Python-m pip install-- disable-pip-version-check-U pip

Add # comment before, and run it again
