First of all, be sure to overwrite the usbser.sys under PC Sync Manager\ Driver\ 2K_XP_COM (For XP_sp2&_sp3) | | PC Sync Manager\ Driver\ Vista (For Vista) to the system disk:\ windows\ system\ drivers.

3. To be prompted that the publisher cannot be verified or that the digital signature cannot be read, be sure to choose to continue with the installation > successful.
