CVSNT configuration

1) download the cvsnt2.0 version from www.cvsnt.org

2) install cvsnt

3) create a cvs code repository (Repository). The methods are as follows:

B) Select an empty directory as the directory where you want to create the code repository, here is E:/Javaroot

C) start with an error prompt, click OK, and follow the error prompt to initialize the code repository on the command line

D) at this time, there should be a root directory in the Valid Repository Roots list-"/", click the Add button below, add your work directory name to the path of the pop-up window, such as [guestbook] in figure 2, and confirm at the prompt point of the following question whether to create it. There will be one more item in the Valid Repository Roots list, similar to "/ guestbook"

E) Select the "Advanced" tab, select all check boxes, and restart both services. As shown in figure 2. 2. Configure JBUILDER8

1) Open JBUILDER8 and select CVS as the version controller from the Team menu.

2) [Team]-> [Place Project into CVS], pop-up window as shown in figure 3. Enter your working directory path in Repository path, here is "/ guestbook"-there are no quotation marks. Then click NEXT, others take the system default. At this point, your project has been successfully imported into the code base and can be versioned through check in and checkout.
