The beginning corresponds to which row of the Excel table you want to import, and the end corresponds to which row of the Excel table you want to end. Then click next.

7. After that, the following interface appears, then click the start in the lower right corner, and then import the data. After success, click close directly.

When you are finished, refresh the database table, double-click to open it and you will see the data you imported. I just import less data as an example. You can try a lot of data import.
