Just flipping through the materials, I found a small skill of database management, which can prohibit users from DDL the table under their schema. The principle is to disable the lock on the table.

SQL > alter table T1 disable table lock

Table altered.

SQL > drop table T1 purge

Drop table t1 purge

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-00069: cannot acquire lock-- table locks disabled for T1

At the same time, the DML operation of the table is not affected.

SQL > delete T1 where deptno=20

5 rows deleted.

SQL > commit

Commit complete.
