Start Fiddler, open Tools > Fiddler Options in the menu bar, and open the "Fiddler Options" dialog box

In the Fiddler Options dialog box, switch to the "Connections" tab, then check the check box after "Allow romote computers to connect", remember the port number you set, and then click the "OK" button.

Enter: ipconfig on the local command line to find the local ip address.

Open the android device Settings-> WLAN, find the network you want to connect to, press long on it, then select modify Network, pop up the network settings dialog box, and then check Show Advanced options.

Select "Manual" in the input box after "proxy", enter the ip address of the computer in the input box after "proxy server hostname", enter the port number in fiddler connections in the input box behind "proxy server port", and then click the "Save" button.

Better restart fiddler

Then launch the browser in the android device and visit any web page
