At the WM level, only several storage type are added to the storage area of the new factory, and the new factory and the old factory share the same warehouse number.

The problem that arises is: when the materials on the purchase order are sent to both the old factory and the new factory, when they are on the shelf after receiving the goods, how can they be automatically determined to be put on different storage type?

One possible solution is to design different special movement indicator. In the MIGO interface, the business staff of the old factory and the old factory set their own default special movement indicator, determine different WM movement type according to the special movement indicator when they are on the shelf, according to the value of the 'ref. Stor.type search' field defined in these movement type, and then determine to different storage type.

Another possible option is to enable storage location reference. Set a different storage location reference for the storage location of the new factory, and then in the storage type search strategy configuration, enable this storage location reference to locate the different storage type.
