The author is also engaged in the work related to digital transformation, and agrees with most of the ideas or viewpoints put forward by the above materials, and thinks that it can provide a good reference for enterprises to carry out digital transformation.

At the same time, in the communication with some colleagues and customers who are carrying out digital transformation, the author finds that the connotation and difference of informatization, digitalization and intelligence are not very clear, including some digital transformation service providers. There is no or can not well answer the fundamental question of this enterprise's digital transformation, and the industry's understanding and understanding of informatization, digitalization and intelligence are not unified. The boundary of the three is also blurred. Without a clear understanding of this problem, enterprises will not be able to understand the "what", "why" and "how to do" problems of digital transformation. For this reason, the author thinks about this problem, and based on other research and practical achievements, coupled with his own understanding and understanding, has formed the following connotation and differences of informatization, digitalization and intelligence.

Understanding of informationization, digitalization and intelligentization

(1) understanding of informationization

Informationization is based on the optimization and reconstruction of business processes. Through the effective integration of information technology and actual business, real-world business objects and business processes are reconstructed and solidified in the IT system, and business events are recorded to achieve efficient sharing of enterprise information and efficient coordination of business, forming the ability of monitoring and insight into business, so as to improve work efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and support efficient analysis and decision-making.
