This year, I began to do some training for external companies. If there is inconsistency in understanding, how can we say that we have reached an agreement? So, before I reach an agreement, I will ask myself a question, that is, "do I understand these essential contents? do you understand these contents?" At first, the answer of most teams is that even the managers don't know much about themselves, and how to manage the team; the members don't know much about themselves, and how to get to know the people around them. So I began to try to extend the tentacles of agile development to life, to explore how to know myself from a larger perspective, and then to help team members grow together. As a result, Agile individual, a pronoun for personal growth, was born like a baby.

The word "happiness" is not unfamiliar to everyone, but after you think about it quietly, can you make it clear what your view of happiness is? Each of us has a different yearning, but there is no doubt that everyone hopes not to come to this world in vain, and we all hope to live a full and meaningful life. For me, I want my life to be a unity of external passionate efforts and inner serenity.

Psychologists have a view of life, they believe that life is not born with a blank sheet of paper, but born with a mission, but has not yet been discovered. Can we try to ask ourselves who I was before I got these things? After having these things, who will be me? You don't need to keep your distance from what's outside of you, but you need to be aware of your real existence. Can you do that?

There may not be much you can do, but you can avoid losing yourself as long as you want to. So how do you do that? This requires us to spend time and energy thinking about ourselves.
