Cause of exception:

Problems with JRE path configuration in IDE.

Solution:

Many bloggers say they want to change the path of JRE in IDE to JDK, but my configuration is originally JDK.

So I changed the path of JRE to JRE in JDK, and then it worked.

The specific action is to modify the Installed JREs setting of preference in Eclipse.
