I have encountered that the user F5 device web interface cannot be opened before, but because the business running on the device is very important, I dare not restart it. It is required to restore the management interface on the premise that it does not affect the business. For the processing method:

1. Log in to the device on the command line and restart the httpd and tomcat processes.

# bigstart restart httpd

Stopping httpd: [OK]

Starting httpd: [OK]

# bigstart restart tomcat

2. Use the browser to access the F5 device management address and open it.

3. If the httpd process is restarted, the httpd process cannot be stopped or started normally.

# bigstart restart httpd

Stopping httpd: [FAILED]

4. The httpd process cannot be started because the syslog-ng process is stopped. Restart the syslog-ng process manually, and then restart the httpd process.

# bigstart restart syslog-ng

Shutting down syslog-ng: [FAILED]

Starting syslog-ng: [OK]

# bigstart restart httpd

Stopping httpd: [FAILED]

Starting httpd: [OK]

# bigstart restart tomcat

5. If the syslog-ng process cannot be started, reset the configuration corresponding to the syslog-ng process (which will cause the custom configuration to be lost, and then restart the syslog-ng and httpd processes.

# bigstart start syslog-ng

Starting syslog-ng: syntax error at 742

[FAILED]

# bigpipe syslog include none

# bigpipe syslog remote server none

# bigpipe save all

# bigstart start syslog-ng

# bigstart start httpd

# bigstart restart tomcat
