Test-name = (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = 10.8.199.144) (PORT = 1521) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVER = DEDICATED) (SERVICE_NAME = intdbnew)))

The test-name below is changed to the name you want to see in the login display box

Change HOST to the IP of the database you want to connect to

PORT port number, 1521 does not need to be changed.

SERVICE_NAME is the specified database
