Add file header

I wrote the plug-in for Visual Studio 11, but the chosen Framework is 4.0. After testing, Visual Studio 2010 can also be used, but you need to manually change the version number in the hxyAddIn.AddIn file:

Change 11.0 to 10.0, and then put it in the directory corresponding to 2010:
