II. Solutions

1. To use backup domain control, you need to purchase another server. The backup DNS of the computer in the domain needs to be set as the IP address of the auxiliary domain.

2. Use the latest server virtualization combined with storage virtualization technology, or hyperconverged architecture

III. Steps

Here I chose the low-cost method of using temporary domain control, and the backup tool uses windows server backup. That is, after domain control is down, use standby domain control and then choose recovery.

Preparation tools: U disk, ordinary host (hard disk space greater than or equal to domain-controlled disk space)

1. Use windows server backup that comes with windows server 2012, select one-time backup, and backup the whole 2012 system to a specified PC.

2, U disk production 2012 boot disk, boot standby host, install the system when selecting repair computer, advanced options

3. Restore from one-time backup to standby host

4, standby host installation win10 dual system

5. Backup host creates a share to store the backup of Windows Server Backup

IV. Possible problems

1. To repair the computer, a DHCP server is required in the local area network. The standby host needs to obtain an IP address and then recover from the PC share.

Recovery error, or can not be recovered, because the hard disk space is less than the total disk space of domain control.

3. When installing win10, it is recommended to install it to a separate partition. After installation, select the default startup win10.

V. Use

1. Because there cannot be a host with the same computer name and IP address in the local area network, double system win10 is installed on the standby host to store the usual backup.

2. After the domain control is down, switch the standby host to the 2012 system to work temporarily. During this time, restore the domain control host from the backup.
