GO database information is very large, in order to effectively search and browse GO database information, the official provides AmiGO, you can easily browse, query and download the corresponding information, the official website is as follows

Broswer function, using tree structure, provides hierarchical classification information of GO, schematic diagram is as follows

1. Annotations

This page provides GO annotation information for species. The page is as follows

Data can be downloaded via the Download button.

2. Ontology

This page can query and filter all Go Tems. The schematic diagram is as follows

There are currently 44997 Go Tems, which can be filtered by Ontology source and SubSet in the menu bar on the right side of the page.

Ontology source refers to the three types of GO. Add the corresponding conditions to the filter conditions by +. At present, BP has 29682 Go Tems;MF has 11120 GO Terms;CC has 4195 Go Tems.

Subset stands for Go slim and refers to a subset of the Go database that can be screened for appropriate Go skims based on the range of species studied.

After filtering, you can download the corresponding results through Custom DL, and download up to 100000 records at a time. Click the download button, first select the column to download, here I choose the following 3 columns

The data obtained are as follows

GO:0015009 corrin metabolic process biological_processGO:0015010 tetrahydrocorphin metabolic process biological_process

The first column GO number, the second column description information, the third column classification, through this way you can easily get all the Go Terms information.

3. Genes and gene products

This page provides the correspondence between gene products and GO, as shown below
