Click the drop-down to select the flowchart on the component area panel, and you can see the shapes of the various components that need to be used in the flowchart, representing different process steps and meanings.

Flowchart components can also be dragged directly from the component selection panel, and then edit styles and properties through the toolbar or shortcut menu, if you want to change the shape of the process, you can press the right mouse button and select the item in the Edit process shape submenu to set it.

To connect two shapes, you need to select the connector mode from the upper left corner of the software, and then drag a line at the connecting point of the shape to connect the two shapes.

To change the style description of the connection line, simply select the connection line you want to set, and then use the line style and arrow style buttons on the toolbar to change the desired style (thickness, virtual and solid, connection arrow direction, etc.).

Associated web pages:

The flowchart component can be associated to any specified page, and once the associated web page is specified, the name of the page is displayed on the flowchart component, and on the prototype, a hyperlink is automatically established between the flowchart component and the web page. From the site map panel, dragging any page into the main action area will also create a flowchart component that uses that page as the associated page.

The associated web page on the flowchart component can be edited or cleared by right-clicking the component and selecting Edit process shape-> Edit reference page.

Storage of flowcharts:

The flow chart drawn in Auxre RP can be output as a picture or web page.

Output as a picture: select File > Export as a picture, you can convert this page flow chart into a picture separately. If you want to put the flowchart into a Powerpoint or Word file, you can directly select the entire Axure RP flowchart and paste it into the Powerpoint or Word file as a copy / paste.

Output to prototype: export the flow chart to the prototype in the same way as exporting other web pages to the prototype, press the function menu above Axure RP to select the tools menu, and select generate prototype.
