Judging from the error message, the Inventory is set up incorrectly: the / u01/app/oracle/oraInventory directory no longer exists. The problem lies in the oraInst.loc file, and the prompt also shows that the current operation is to get the information from / etc/oraInst.loc.

Because this is a test environment, both the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_BASE of the database have been migrated, so the opatch command tries to find a non-existent Inventory Times error.

Find / etc/oraInst.loc and point it to the correct directory:

[root@hpserver2 ~] # cd / etc/

[root@hpserver2 etc] # vi oraInst.loc

Inventory_loc=/t0/orat0/app/oracle/oraInventory

Inst_group=oinstall

After pointing the inventory in oraInst to the correct location, run the opatch command again:

Although there are still errors, the error message has changed. Check the current ORACLE_HOME settings in the listed information and find that the configuration is incorrect:
