Solution:

4: if the restart is completed or if you still enter the window system after shutdown and press option after reboot does not appear to select the boot disk, please repeat steps 1 and 2. 5: there will be a display icon in the upper left corner of the disk tool. Click and select to show all devices. Select the parent directory of bootcamp and click the remove flag on the right side of the volume.

6: select the parent of mac os and select the partition. You will see that there are two volumes, bootcamp and mac os. Click bootcamp and click the minus sign below. The format is apfs. After success, the disk space allocated to window will be returned to the mac os volume.

7: mac os will work normally after reboot.
