Recently in the study of activiti workflow, here to do a series of summary, today we see if we install the activiti plug-in in our eclipse, there are two ways, the first is to let eclipse download, we tell him the location, the second is that we download good, and then download the content into the specified folder on it.

1. Download eclipse by yourself

Open the eclipse software, then click the help option in the menu bar, and select install New Software. The example is as follows:

Click the add [Add] button, and the following dialog box appears

Enter the following address: Location: http://activiti.org/designer/update/

Name:Activiti

Click the OK button to display the following form:

Select Activiti BPMN Desisner, and then select the next step until the following form appears:

If this form appears, it shows that eclipse is downloading the corresponding plug-ins for you, but this method is in the case of a network, and it will be relatively slow, you have to wait patiently, of course, there is a simple way, that is, we will download the plug-ins into the specified folder.

After downloading, right-click eclipse, select Properties, and open the path in the red box:

After opening the file location, unpack the downloaded package, put the zip file in the dropins folder, restart eclipse, select file--New--Other, and you will see the following dialog box:

If it can appear, it will prove that our workflow plug-in is installed successfully.
