First of all, we need to create a new ordinary account.

In win7, we use net user to add or delete accounts are rejected.

So, we have to add new accounts in the control panel.

Let's set up a new xiaoqin01 $account

Then we need to get administrator privileges for the current user, which will be used later when looking at the registry. (regedit, enter the registry; regedt32, enter the registry editor)

We can't see the newly created xiaoqin01 $account in cmd with net user, but we can see the new account in the Registry Editor and in users and groups. This is because the $character at the end of the account we created hides the account.

Next, we need to give administrator privileges to the xiaoqin01 $account we created.

Copy the F key in the administrator account to the F key in the xiaoqin01 $account.

Then export and save the corresponding 00003F2 and xiaoqin01 $of the xianqin01 $account in the registry.

Then delete the xiaoqin01 $account we created.

Then import the previously saved 1.reg and 2.reg into the registry.

After the import, we can see that a xiaoiqn01 $account reappears in the registry, but it does not appear in users and groups.

Now we need to revoke the administrator privileges of the current user

Using net user xiaoqin01 $to view, you can see that the newly created xiaoiqn01 $does not specify which group it belongs to, but actually xiaoqin01 $belongs to all groups and has administrator privileges.

At this time, the hidden account we created has been implemented, our account cannot be found with net user, our account can not be found in users and groups, and the newly added account can only be found through the registry, but the logged-in users cannot see our new account even if they open the registry without administrator permission, so this account is still quite hidden.
