Note: if colleagues who already have an Onedrive client in the computer need to uninstall it in the control panel, Microsoft has released the latest version of the Onedrive for Business client (see where to download it below), which requires the use of the latest client and a registry module to synchronize data. Android and IOS phones also need to go to their respective app stores to download the latest Onedrive apps.

Let's take a look at how to do it. First of all, you need to update the registry of the client computer, and all computers that want to use the onedrive client to synchronize files need to complete this step.

Paste the following text into the txt document, change the txt to reg format, and double-click to run to update the registry.

Internal colleagues click to go to the shared folder in the email they receive, as shown in the following figure:

Click to jump to the Onedrive shared page, as shown in the following figure:

If you accidentally or accidentally close the page, you need to re-enter the office365 personal Center, click the Nine Palace grid in the upper left corner, select Onedrive, and then click "share with me" on the right to enter the sharing page. As shown in the following figure:

Click the shared folder (Beijing UCSSI Technology Co., Ltd), and then click synchronize on the upper toolbar, as shown in the following figure:

Select to open the Onedrive application in the pop-up prompt. (if there is no Onedrive client, click the blue font "get the latest version of Onedrive") as shown below:

After the Onedrive client runs, enter your office365 account and click the login button, as shown in the following figure

Fill in your password and click login, as shown in the following figure:

After logging in successfully, you can choose to change the file storage path (I created a folder on disk C of my local computer and put the data synchronized by Onedrive into that folder), as shown below:

Click next to select the folder to be synchronized, as shown in the following figure:

Click next to complete the operation, and you can directly open Onedrive on your local computer (double-click the Onedrive icon in the lower right corner)

All employees can edit this shared cloud disk, so they can also create new folders and upload any files on it, depending on their own upload speed. As shown in the following figure:
