1. Install the Fcitx input framework

3. Make related settings settings- > Region&language- > Manage Installed Languages

After logging in again, a keyboard sign appears in the upper right corner. Click enter and select Configure Current Input Method.

After entering the Input Method interface below, select the + sign

Enter the Add input method interface, click the Only Show Current Language below, search for Sogou Pinyin in the search bar, and add it after selecting it (it is recommended not to move Sogou Input to the first place, or sometimes garbled codes will appear on the input board when you press shift to switch between Chinese and English)

Sogou can be set inside, and the default should be shift to switch between Chinese and English. Or you can turn off the shortcut key for switching between Chinese and English set by Sogou, and change Trigger Input Method to Lshift in the GlobalConfig of fcitx, so you can also press shift to switch between Chinese and English.

You can uninstall ibus according to your own needs

Uninstall ibus

Sudo apt-get remove ibus

Clear ibus configuration

Sudo apt-get purge ibus

Uninstall the keyboard instructions on the top panel taskbar. (according to individual needs)

Sudo apt-get remove indicator-keyboard

Uninstall Sogou Input and find Sogou Input

Sudo dpkg-l so*
