1. Problem description software version operating system CentOS7.6cephnautilus, v14.2.4

Because ceph has just been built, rgw has not been added because it is not used for the time being.

After adding rgw today, I found that I reported Error by restarting dashboard.

Ceph mgr module disable dashboardceph mgr module enable dashboardModule 'devicehealth' has failed: Failed to import _ strptime because the import lockis held by another thread.

Through the log view in dashboard, it is found that the mgr node starts to report an error.

two。 Solution.

Through Google search, I found that someone mentioned this bug, but fortunately I found a solution in stackoverflow.

In the mgr node, modify the devicehealth module file

Vim / usr/share/ceph/mgr/devicehealth/module.py

Add a line import _ strptime

Restart the mgr service. The error report disappears and the problem is solved.

Systemctl restart ceph-mgr@ceph-node2.service
