If you are using a distribution, please make sure that your .net version is correct (.net 4.0 is required). If you are using IIS 6, please check out how IIS 6 deploys MVC applications on your own.

5. Generate the database, prompting that 'sqlcmd' is not an internal or external command:

You can check sqlcmd on Baidu, or you can know why, or use notepad to open Build.cmd and change sqlcmd to ossql.
