Open VMware Workstation, click New Virtual Machine, customize, and next.

Open the VMnet1 attribute IPv4 protocol and change the IP address, as shown in the figure:

Change the penultimate paragraph of the IP address to be consistent with the virtual machine. The last paragraph should be any number from 1 to 254.Click OK.

Open the host cmd, enter the IP address of the ping virtual machine in the space, and check whether the host is connected to the virtual machine successfully.
