The official website provides three search methods.

1. Region-based

Assembly selects the corresponding species, and then selects the RNA editing site information on the corresponding chromosome region according to Chromosome, start and end. Through Limit, you can screen specific gene regions, such as editing site information on exon. The search box is as follows.

Gene-based supports direct retrieval of RNA editing site information on a gene. The search box is as follows.

3. Sequence-based

In the search results, information such as the type of each RNA editing site, the location of the chromosome, and whether the corresponding gene, SNP, is located on the Alu repeat sequence is given.
