Sony has prepared some surprises for console owners. The company is expanding its range of color joysticks for PlayStation 5. The two shades already available to consumers are cosmic red and midnight black. Nova Pink, Starlight Blue and Galactic Purple will join them early next year.

In this way, we can now choose among the five different colors of the DualSense wireless controller. Sony has confirmed that it will launch large-scale distribution in leading retail and online chains in January 2022. At the same time, the company has developed a series of new panels for PlayStation 5.

You wouldn't be surprised that they offer colors similar to DualSense controllers. According to TechSpot, they are midnight black, cosmic red, nova pink, galactic purple and starlight blue. Replacing the panel is as simple as possible because you need to remove the original white cover and put the new parts in place.

Sony will provide versions of the PlayStation 5 with disk drives and the Sony PS5 digital version. We still don't know the price of the panel, but the color addition to the DualSense joystick portfolio will be available for $75 by the end of January 2022.
