I configured the first one with an IP192.168.8.8 subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.

Then I configured the second Windows virtual machine with a 192.168.8.10 subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, and then connected them to the switch on the GNS3 software.

Instead of adding VPCS, pay attention to the interface when adding two Host host connections.

The first uses virtual network card 1 (VMnet1), and the second uses (VMnet2) to connect to the switch.

Then I use the second host on the VM virtual machine to try to connect to the first host to see if it can be connected.

Successful, then use a Wireshark package grab software to see if you can successfully get the data sent by the two virtual machines to each other, right-click the network cable and click to run Wireshark.
