Solution:

1. Use the mysql management tool to log in to the database space, find the member table, change the administrator password (security key + your own password), select md5 on the left, and enter your own "security key + password" on the right.

2. Clear the member_ cache table

3. Login at the front desk and backstage is done.

Note: a security key must be added to change the password. The security key is in the config.inc.php file.
