2.4. You understand and agree that Aliyun only provides application program interfaces, you should write your own programs to invoke Aliyun's services according to your needs, and Aliyun does not bear any responsibility for your programming process or program application results.

2.5. When using Aliyun API, you should not do the following:

Modify, translate, adapt, lease, transfer license, spread or transfer the application interface provided by Aliyun on the information network, nor may it reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the application interface provided by Aliyun (except for the express license)

2.5.2. Engage in any act of sabotage or attempt to undermine network security (including but not limited to phishing, hackers, Internet fraud, websites or spaces containing or suspected of spreading: viruses, Trojans, malicious code, and suspected attacks on other websites or servers through virtual servers such as scanning, sniffing, ARP spoofing, DOS, etc.)

2.5.3. Make any changes or attempts to change the system configuration provided by Aliyun or violate the system security

2.5.4. Failure to comply with this usage specification and Aliyun's regulations on API displayed on the relevant pages, the content of the announcement, or the violation of the rights of Aliyun and third parties

2.5.5. Any other violations of relevant laws and regulations.

2.6. You understand and agree that Aliyun reserves the right to release subsequent versions of API and to require you to obtain and use the latest version.

2.7. If you need to interrupt or suspend your use of API due to the need for maintenance or upgrade of Aliyun-related servers or systems, Aliyun will notify you in advance as far as possible.

2.8. The data you call the service through API is subject to the data recorded by Ariyun backend.

Guarantee

You understand and agree that Aliyun does not provide any warranty for any errors or vulnerabilities of API during the free period. Your use of Aliyun API is based on your own judgment and at your own risk. You will bear all losses arising from the use of Aliyun API.

Termination

You should ensure that your use of Aliyun API meets the requirements of this specification, complies with the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, and does not harm the interests of Aliyun. Aliyun reserves the right to interrupt or terminate your use of API at any time if any of the following occurs:

4.1. The personal data or other information you provided is not true, false or illegal

4.2. Your use of Aliyun API violates national laws and regulations or these norms, the regulations of Aliyun on API displayed on relevant pages, and any provisions on the content of the announcement.

4.3. According to his own independent judgment, Aliyun believes that your use of API does not meet the requirements of Aliyun.

4.4. Notwithstanding the above, Aliyun reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the service at any time without prior notice to you.
