Shulou(Shulou.com)06/02 Report--
Some time ago, a community friend asked me that the automatic send / receive function could not be used normally in Outlook 2013. I did not find a standard solution from the search engine, such as the new send / receive group newly created in Outlook 2013, and disable the built-in "all accounts" group (uncheck the box to include the sending / receiving group).
This can be done in the Outlook option-> Advanced-> send / receive group.
Try to solve the problem by disabling and enabling add-ons one by one, but even if I disable all add-ons, it makes no difference.
This can be done in the Outlook option-> add-ins-> go to add-ins. You can enable or disable a single add-on here.
Finally, I found a solution in the Microsoft forum that needs to clear the disable scheduled send / receive option because there is a check box next to it indicating that this option is set to disable scheduled send / receive. Re-enabling can solve this problem.
Usually, many of our users configure dozens of e-mail accounts in the Outlook profile, which is annoying if they don't send and receive automatically.
