Windows10- Enterprise LTSC manually installs ubuntu-18.04

Installation instructions

Windows 10 Home Edition and Professional Edition can be installed through windows's own App Store. Ubuntu,windows 10 Enterprise Edition LTSC can be installed manually if there is no App Store.

Applicable object

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC

Enable the linux function

Control Panel-- > Uninstall programs-- > enable or disable the Windows feature-- > enable the windows subsystem for Linux

Restart the computer

Download ubuntu

Https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-manual

Click Ubuntu 18.04

Get a file in appx format, for example: CanonicalGroupLimited.Ubuntu18.04onWindows_1804.2018.817.0_x64__79rhkp1fndgsc.Appx

Decompression and installation

Click the win button-- > search PowerShell-- > Select Windows PowerShell

Switch to the download directory

Add-AppxPackage.\ app_name.appx verification

Click the win button-- > search ubuntu-- > ubuntu18.04 appears

Or

Enter bash enter on the CMD and PowerShell command line
