What are the benefits of setting up a local DNS?

How to set up DNS?

1. Log in to the router administrator interface, in the WAN port settings interface, the drop-down interface to find: broadband dialing advanced settings here we can see the option to manually set the DNS server we check it, and then fill in the DNS address provided by the local network provider after the preferred DNS server and backup DNS server. Then click Save!

2. Log in to the router administrator interface, find the DHCP server option in the network settings drop-down menu, and click to enter the DHCP server settings interface. Generally, the DHCP server of the router is enabled by default. Then fill in the DNS address provided by the local network vendor after the preferred DNS server and alternate DNS server below. Then click Save!
