Description:

Click the "Windows CE .NET Utilities v1.1 for VS.NET 2003.EXE" link to start the download.

Then do one of the following:

To start the installation now, click Open or run the program in the current location.

To copy the download file to your computer for future installation, click Save or Save this program to disk. The XML skin file for SDK emulators does not open the tool for this known problem.

These utilities are only available in English. However, this package can be used with localized versions of VS.NET 2003. During installation, an English version of the README file is provided, but a localized version of this file can also be found here.
