How to cancel OneDriver automatic login and delete synchronized data?

Problem description

A user has two office computers, one for office and the other as the mainframe of the company's restaurant cashier system. Our engineers have installed, configured and synchronized user OneDriver data on both computers when installing and configuring new computers in bulk. The customer wants both computers to log in using his AD account, and there is no need to synchronize OneDriver data on the computer of the cashier system.

Problem analysis and solution

According to the needs of users, we need to unbind OneDriver on the host of the cashier system and delete the local data that has been synchronized.

Operation steps

1. Unbind OneDriver on the host of the checkout system:

Right-click OneDriver-Settings in the lower right corner of the desktop:

Click Settings and uncheck Start OneDriver automatically when I sign in to Windows to cancel the boot and automatically run the OneDriver program:

Click Account-Unlink this PC-UNlink Account to unbind the current user from OneDriver on this computer:

After unbinding, OneDriver will automatically return to the login interface:

two。 Delete locally synchronized data:

After unbinding, the data that has been synchronized by the current user will have a copy on the current computer, so we need to enter the OneDriver local folder of the current user on the current machine and manually delete this folder or all files in it by pressing the Shift button:
