1. Install CentOS 8

Continue with the installation

Select system-installation destination and enter the disk allocation interface

Here, select the disk in the local approved disk, then select Custom in Storage allocation, and then select finish in the upper left corner, which will display an interface for our custom disk allocation. Here, we add a swap partition through the + sign in the lower right corner, and the space size is set to 2 times the memory, and what I have here is 4G.

Then add another\ to represent the remaining space, then set the device type here to the standard partition, and then select finish.

After returning to the main interface, we can start the installation, which will display the following interface

Select the root password to set the password for the root user (must), select to create the user can (recommended setting), and finally wait for the installation to finish

License verification is required after restart. Click in and agree directly, and then select finish, and then you can continue to restart.

Finally, the login screen will be displayed, and we can enter the password according to the account and then we can start using CentOS.
