Customer questions:

1) Outlook 2016 of the plus domain, which can be connected to Exchange 2016 CU10.

Solution:

1) check the Outlook without adding domain, and there is no automatic update

2) check my notebook, there is no domain, but there are automatic updates

3) on the client that does not add a domain, reinstall Office 2016, re-enter SN, activate, and update

4) configure Outlook client on the client that does not add domain, normal.

Note:

Configure Outlook 2016 to connect to Exchange 2016 (after entering the account and password, there has been no response!), it is because Office does not have the automatic update function!

When Office 2016 is not updated to the latest, plus domain client, you can configure Outlook 2016 to connect to Exchange 2016.

When Office 2016 is updated to the latest, domain-free client, you can configure Outlook 2016 to connect to Exchange 2016.

Three Outlook connections have recently been found to fail to connect to the Exchange 2016 CU10.

A. Outlook 2010 Murray-install Office 2010 SP2

B. Outlook 2013-install Office 2013 SP1
