Scenario: successfully connect with mstsc with win7 remote tool. Use iis7 remote Desktop to manage remote tooltips as follows

Resolve:

1. First connect to Windows Server 2016 using win7's built-in remote tool mstsc

two。 Start-run-gpedit.msc to enter the Group Policy Editor

3. Locate computer configuration in the left sidebar-Administrative templates-Windows components-remote Desktop Services-remote Desktop session Host-Security items

4. Modify "remote (RDP) connection requires the use of a specified security layer" to enable, select RDP for the security layer

5. Modify "require network-level authentication to authenticate users with remote connections" to disable

6. Restart the computer
