Project introduction

In order to achieve the goal of the construction of the National Marine big data Center, the Marine Integrated Database (Phase II) needs to be based on the marine environment comprehensive database platform of the marine special network built by the Marine Environment Comprehensive Database (Phase I) project, expand the secret network and Internet database platform and the construction of marine targets and polar data. Complete the collection of marine information resources such as sea-related data of relevant departments / industries, international exchange and cooperation and online marine hot spots of public opinion, establish standard interfaces with existing business system databases such as economy, sea areas, islands, environmental protection, observation, rights protection and law enforcement, gradually realize regular updates of existing marine business databases and marine comprehensive databases, and extract, transform and integrate all kinds of marine data. Realize the unified standard construction, collection and processing of marine thematic data, and form a comprehensive marine database and marine natural resources database. To meet the needs of national marine security, protection of marine rights and interests, integrated marine management, marine development and utilization, marine environmental awareness and marine ecological civilization, as well as marine public services and marine international cooperation, provide marine big data information resources and application service support Provide comprehensive data services for marine natural resources, marine economic statistics, marine management, forecasting and disaster reduction, rights and interests maintenance, etc.

Architecture design

The marine integrated database (Phase II) is designed by mashup mode based on the marine environment platform architecture of "multi-architecture supporting multi-application" which has been completed in the first phase. Logically, the whole platform is divided into basic support platform layer, data resource layer, data management layer and data application layer. The technical architecture of the system is shown in the following figure.

Basic support layer: composed of server resources, database server cluster and storage server resources, deployed in secret-related networks, marine private networks and Internet areas respectively

Data resource layer: the data resource layer is the core component to realize the data information integration of national marine geographic information, all kinds of thematic information, marine environment information and other related heterogeneous systems. By adopting a series of data processing standards such as unified marine big data collection, transmission and conversion standards, various marine geography and thematic source systems are connected with the ocean number integrated database resource platform, taking into account the collection, transmission and synchronization requirements of both structured and unstructured data. In the way of data synchronization, it provides a wealth of full / incremental, synchronous / asynchronous, timing / timely, manual / automatic and other data extraction methods to meet the requirements of marine geography and special business data extraction. By extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple different business systems into the marine integrated database, the collection and integration of marine comprehensive data is realized, and the marine geography basic database and marine thematic basic database are formed. On this basis, the marine natural resources database and marine comprehensive analysis database are formed to realize the seamless exchange and shared access of marine geographic and thematic data, and to schedule, update and manage the data in fine-grained and multi-cycle. Monitor and manage data collection processes. Provide unified and standardized marine natural resources data and marine integrated business data for upper-level applications.

Data management layer: the data management layer carries out marine environment inventory data management, ETL scheduling management, data management, statistical analysis and marine data asset management. Combined with the marine environment related data management functions that have been completed in the first phase, the data management layer realizes the unified management of the whole data flow, data traceability, data quality, data security, data performance and audit of the marine integrated database. From the bottom technology to ensure the effective coordination of all kinds of marine data, and improve the operation efficiency and security of the marine integrated database resource platform as a whole.

Data application layer: the data application layer provides two kinds of applications: comprehensive marine data monitoring and display, data query and service, to realize the monitoring and early warning of marine real-time data and the use and management, large screen display, statistical analysis and query services of all kinds of marine integrated data, so as to provide unified standard data services for all relevant departments to use Marine big data.

Construction significance

The second phase of the marine integrated database (phase II) is based on the achievements of the construction of the marine environment integrated database (phase I) and the construction of various marine thematic databases, through the integration of the marine integrated database, realize the dynamic collection, processing, management, analysis and sharing service functions of all kinds of marine environment, marine geographic information and marine thematic information data.
