Cisco7609 boots into rommon 1 > mode solution:

Rommon 2 > dir disk0: check whether the file exists

Initializing ATA monitor library...

Directory of disk0:

2 120962020-rw- c7600s72033-advipservices-mz.122-33.SRC3.bin

Rommon 3 > confreg 0x2102 correction register value

Rommon 7 > BOOT=disk0:c7600s72033-advipservices-mz.122-33.SRC3.bin

Rommon 8 > sync save

Rommon 9 > I restart

After the above operation is done, it is still started to rommon this mode, it is suspected that the battery on the engine board is dead and try to change the battery. As a result, the problem has been solved!
