Shulou(Shulou.com)06/01 Report--

I have been working in the wireless industry for many years. During this period, I have come into contact with a variety of wireless routers. As an after-sales engineer, I have found that many customers will encounter various problems more or less. Here is a common situation:

"the WiFi name set by AP is not hidden or turned off, but individual wireless terminals cannot search the set WIFI signal name"!

This is usually caused by the following reasons:

The first common situation: in order to show their personality, individual partners set the wireless router SSID to the Chinese SSID of "personality" (for example, "XXX I love you", "my WIFI is in charge", etc.)

The SSID set by the wireless router is in Chinese, and the computer side shows that the SSID is garbled, causing the partner to mistakenly think that the set SSID cannot be found.

Recommended solution: you can set SSID to numbers or letters to ensure that there is no garbled code

[the default coding format of most wireless routers is UTF, and the default encoding format of computers or some terminal network cards is GBK. When SSID is in Chinese, the computer side will display ungarbled codes]

The second common situation: due to the current wireless router equipment on the market, almost all the factory defaults are automatic channels; according to the algorithm set by the manufacturer, wireless routers may choose 12 and 13 channels.

When the wireless router is set to 12513 channel, some terminal network cards do not support or are not compatible with the 12jue 13 channel band, which will cause the terminal not to find the current WiFi signal. [some foreign products may not be able to find the 12jue 13 channel band because of the different wireless frequency bands prescribed by different countries]

Recommended solution: log in to the wireless router and modify the channel to the commonly used channel 1x 11 channel

[in order to select more non-overlapping channels, it is recommended to use 1pm / 6pm / 11 channels]
