In a recent project, the customer used the Exchange2013 CU13 mail server, and the backend made DAG highly available, and the content indexing of five database copies failed. The error "An Internel error occurred for the database or its index" was prompted, and the problem could not be solved by deleting the re-index and restarting the service.

Check the system log of the backend server, and there are a large number of EventID1008,1009,1010 alarms

The following is the process:

Step 1 checks ContentSubmitters in AD

There is no ContentSubmitters group to retrieve in AD.

Step 2 create ContentSubmitters group

Step 3 still failed to check the database status index

Step 4 Delete and rebuild Index Catalog

Step 5 check the database status index is back to normal
