­Last year Google launched an iPhone app called Motion Stills, which provides anti-shake features when users shoot Live Photo and helps create GIF and video files. Today, Google finally launched an Android version of the software with a number of upgrades.

It is reported that the Android version of Motion Stills is slightly different from the iOS version. First of all, the Android version can only record video through the software itself, while the redesigned video processor will process the video frame by frame. In addition, Android version of Motion Stills also adds fast-forward function, and enables anti-shake algorithm to work in delayed photography, while supporting 1 to 8 times the speed of playing video files, as well as the output of three sizes of GIF files.
