Log in to http://sqlbackupandftp.com/ to download the latest version and install it (next by default). The software interface is as follows:

2. First set up the database connection and select the database files that need to be backed up.

3. Set backup scheduled tasks to be complete every day. Set to windows scheduled task

The following figure shows the temporary file storage location, log storage location and some backup settings of the database, respectively.
