Windows Server 2008R2 FTP server building

Install the ftp service

1. Open the server manager, as shown in the figure:

2. Right-click the role, as shown in the figure:

3. Click add role, and the add role wizard dialog box appears, as shown in the figure:

4. Click next, and select the "web server (IIS)" to be added.

5. Click next, as shown in the figure:

6. Click next, and select FTP server, as shown in the figure:

7. Click next, and the confirmation installation selection dialog box appears, as shown in the figure:

8. Click install.

Second, create FTP users

1. Find Server Manager-configuration-Local users and groups, as shown in the figure:

3. Create a new user

Third, set up FTP server

1. In Server Manager-role-web Server (IIS)-Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager or in Control layout-Management tools-Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, as shown in the figure:

2. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) manager, as shown in the figure:

3. Right-click the website and select add FTP site, as shown in the figure:

4. Display the add FTP site dialog box, as shown in the figure:

5. Enter relevant FTP server information and the physical path, as shown in the figure:

6. Click next to configure binding and SSL settings, as shown in the figure:

7. Click next to configure authentication and authorization information, as shown in the figure:

8. Click finish to see the newly built FTP server at the bottom of the website, as shown in the figure:

9. Verify it in the browser, as shown in the figure:
