The report focuses on technical positions such as software engineers, designers and data scientists. Unexpectedly, the very hot machine learning positions in China have not entered the top three, and the most popular positions in Britain and the United States are software engineering developers and designers.

According to the data, the average annual salary of American programmers is $135000, or about 945000 yuan. The average annual salary of programmers worldwide is $129000. It is equivalent to 903000 yuan.

According to the investigation report on the salary Survival status of Chinese programmers in 2019 in March this year, the average annual salary of most programmers in China is less than 10-150000.

According to the report, 31% of the respondents said that even if they had a bachelor's degree, they could only rely on their work experience to win the current position, which could not be a weight for the success of the job search, while 21% said: it is uncertain whether a high degree will necessarily lead to a high salary; only 25% of the respondents said it was their education that enabled them to get their current position. Among them, 76% of the respondents said that going to some training institutions for further study can better prepare for their career, constantly consolidate, and learn to make their skills more mature, but also for personal value, job-hopping and salary increase.

Throughout the industry, machine learning and data science were once the most sought-after positions, but now they are still on the Top5 list, but have been surpassed by engineers and development designers.

Including December 4, data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed that from January to October, China's software industry completed software business income of 5.7929 trillion yuan, an increase of 15.2% over the same period last year; total profits of 734.2 billion yuan, an increase of 11.9% over the same period last year; exports of US $38.6 billion, an increase of 3.0% over the same period last year; the average number of employees was 6.55 million, an increase of 6.0% over the same period last year. Behind these data, it implies the development of the software industry and the upsurge of personal salary, and the accumulation of talent experience behind the profits.
