Adjust the instance specification and public network bandwidth of a postpaid instance.

Description

When calling this interface, you need to be aware of:

The instance must be in a state of no arrears.

The instance must be running (Running) or stopped (Stopped) before the public network bandwidth can be adjusted.

Before upgrading or lowering the pay-by-usage instance specifications, you can query the instance specifications supported by the current instance through DescribeResourcesModification.

The instance specification can only be changed when the instance status must be stopped (Stopped).

Only individual configurations can be upgraded at a time, that is, instance specifications can only be modified at a time, or public network bandwidth can only be adjusted.

For every successful operation of a single instance, the operation cannot continue within 5 minutes.
