Customers include not only customers who have already used enterprise products or services, but also potential customers. With the improvement of social production capacity, there are more and more social goods, and the trend of product homogenization is becoming more and more obvious. enterprises use the Internet to meet the needs of personalized customers and profit from the long tail.

There are more and more personalized needs of customers, which makes enterprises realize that only by producing products that meet the market demand can they reduce the inventory pressure and prevent the occurrence of overproduction or underproduction. Therefore, the enterprise has adopted the customer-centered management idea to manage the whole life cycle of customers, including market segmentation, accurate positioning of customer base and so on. The enterprise customer conceptual model is shown in figure 3-4-4:

The model in figure 3-4-4 is called the three-household model and has been used in the business support system of telecom operators for a long time. The three households represent customers, users and accounts respectively. The customer embodies the information of the social domain, and the user is also known as the ordering instance, which reflects the information of the business domain, while the account embodies the information of the capital domain.
