Zabbix proxy Agent

When the number of servers we monitor is small, we can afford to use a separate server to obtain data, but when there are too many servers to monitor, such as 3000 servers, a thousand in Beijing, a thousand in Shanghai and a thousand in Hangzhou, we can monitor them in a distributed way.

Zabbix_server---- > proxy---- > agent

We create three proxy, which are connected to 3000 machines in Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. After installing proxy, server only needs to exchange information with proxy in three days, which will reduce the pressure on the server.

When we install prixy, we also need to install the database, but this database is used as a cache. When the interaction between server and proxy is busy, we will first save the data to the database of proxy in case of loss, but it will eventually be written to the database of zabbix. It only plays the role of cache. You can install mariadb with yum.

After adding proxy, you need to add proxy to the web interface

In the future, the server and ServerActive on the agent side can write the address of the proxy.
