Because the db_32k_cache_size parameter was previously set and the 32k block_size size table space was established, but the parameter file used now has no db_32k_cache_size parameter, so it is impossible to allocate buffer cache according to the 32k block_size for the corresponding block, so the problem of adding db_32k_cache_size parameter to the parameter file is solved.
